Ashley Lucas, is a current medical assistant in Bethesda, MD, and a Master’s student at Maryland University of Integrative Health pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She was a former student at George Mason University and received a B.S in Biology with a pre med concentration. Ashley Lucas was a part of the Women’s Track & Field team, National Society of Black Engineers, Women of Color in STEM, UChurch, and Black Student Alliance while she attended Mason. Her greatest passions are traveling, human anatomy, medicine, and helping others. In her spare time she loves working out, doing yoga, and exploring nature. Ashley Lucas is excited to bring her passion of helping others to life by investing time and energy into young ladies as they ultimately learn what it means to rise above all and thrive towards excellence in today’s world.
Ashley Koranteng, is a current Epidemiology, MPH student at George Mason University. She was a former student at George Mason University and received a B.S in Community Health. Ashley Koranteng was a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Honors College, Women of Color in STEM, Eta Sigma Gamma (National Health Education Honorary), African Student Association and an Undergraduate Research Scholar while she attended Mason as an undergraduate student. Her greatest passions are health education, encouraging and inspiring others to reach their full potential, education, and faith. In her spare time she loves listening to music, learning, and spending time with her friends and family. Ashley Koranteng is excited to see what these young ladies will accomplish!
